Lieutenant Stacy Turner has been in law enforcement since 2007 and has served the citizens of West Columbia since 2009. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Radford University in Radford, VA. Lieutenant Turner is the department’s Victim’s Advocate. She ensures that all victims in the City of West Columbia have their rights protected and assists them as they navigate the criminal justice process. Lieutenant Turner also secures the necessary resources to ensure victims receive medical and mental health services. She is also the head of the department’s Crisis Negotiation Team and serves on the Attorney General’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
