Victim Services

Danielle Rutledge is the department’s Victim Advocate. She ensures that all victims in the City of West Columbia have their rights protected and assists them as they navigate the criminal justice process. Danielle also secures the necessary resources to ensure victims receive medical and mental health services. She can be reached at (803) 794-0721, Ext. 281.
